Error Vimeo Initial Setup

I am trying to run the Vimeo initial setup and I keep getting a message in the popup box that says:

TubePress encountered an error

No saved client ID for Vimeo

Please close this window and try again.

I have checked my settings and App credentials over and over and still the same thing each time.
I have TubePress installed here: http://shapebysherri.mycustom.website

Please help.

Hi Ken,


Thanks for getting in touch. It sounds like you just need to click “Save” after entering your client ID and secret ​and *before*​ you click the “New token” button (this article 1 has some visuals). Give that a try and let us know?
