Hi,

I currently subscribe to Tubepress through my website vendor, agentfire.com. I am changing vendors to boomtown and would like to transfer my account to me personally or set it up to use on my new site, same domain as currently used with agentfire. http://mauirealestateadvisor.com

Boomtown is asking me if I can use tubepress in an iframe on a custom page as they are not currently set up integrate your plug in other than in iframe. How can I do this?

Hi Scott,

Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer accounts. What we would recommend is to create your own TubePress account 1 (if you haven’t already) and make a new purchase.

Our cloud-hosted service, TubePress Express 2, uses iframes under the hood. Express can be used on any website and is fast, easy, and free to try for 30 days. You can get started with a tutorial here 3.

Please don’t hesitate to get back in touch if you have any further questions; we are here to assist!

Thank you. I think I'll sign up for your TubePress Express.

I'm using the plugin on my current site. I want to recreate the galleries, etc. that have already been created on my current site. Can you tell me how to download my current settings from my plugin and upload those to the TubePress Express personal account so I don't have to recreate every one of these custom displays that have already been created on my current site?

Here's the URL to my page with tubepress:

Hi Scott,

Unfortunately, there’s no way to transfer settings between TubePress Pro (the plugin) and TubePress Express. However, we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have when setting up your galleries, so please just let us know how we can assist!

If you are creating TubePress galleries based on YouTube playlists, you’ll need to enter the playlist ID (from the YouTube URL) under Which videos? 1 > YouTube >"This YouTube playlist". There are many settings you can adjust before saving a gallery, but of course get in touch 2 if you are not getting the look you want. Like I said, we are happy to assist!
