Thanks for contacting us. Unfortunately, we are unable to transfer accounts. What we would recommend is to create your own TubePress account 1 (if you haven’t already) and make a new purchase.
>Boomtown is asking me if I can use tubepress in an iframe on a custom page as they are not currently set up integrate your plug in other than in iframe. How can I do this?
Our cloud-hosted service, TubePress Express 2, uses iframes under the hood. Express can be used on any website and is fast, easy, and free to try for 30 days. You can get started with a tutorial here 3.
Please don’t hesitate to get back in touch if you have any further questions; we are here to assist!
Unfortunately, there’s no way to transfer settings between TubePress Pro (the plugin) and TubePress Express. However, we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have when setting up your galleries, so please just let us know how we can assist!
If you are creating TubePress galleries based on YouTube playlists, you’ll need to enter the playlist ID (from the YouTube URL) under Which videos? 1 > YouTube >"This YouTube playlist". There are many settings you can adjust before saving a gallery, but of course get in touch 2 if you are not getting the look you want. Like I said, we are happy to assist!
